Railway 3-13 Auld Hoose

Auld hoose only have 7 players for the game so 2-0 down straight away, only one person to drop a frame (sorry mikey p a had to get that in lol) very surprised it wasnt more as its the worst table i have ever played on, would have been more suitable for carpet bowls.

turned up late to the funner (getting jathros entrants) but it was busy with people who had been at the funeral of tracy cairns taking place earlier on in the afternoon

the Argyle were meant to play at blazers but decided to leave , dont know the exact story or what will happen to the points for the game my thoughts are lets play it on the 29th of december after christmas the only free week

lav asked if the match between blazers and argyle could be arranged for another date
but was told by the committee that it had to be played on the thursday night it was arranged for so blazers loose the match
to say to argyle we will leave it to the committee , thats a joke they couldni organise anything or have anything in the constatution that should be done when something like this happens

i was thinking blazers should have played even though it was busy with people climbing over the table with drink and carring on it would have been to our advantage having all this going on at home , let the argyle complain about this no blazers

This match could not be played because of the vast crowds in the pub which were attending a funeral earlier in the day. Common sense should prevail here and the match SHOULD be re - arranged on a date which suits both teams. (any day during christmas holidays perhaps). I dont see any accountable reason why blazers should be penalised for turning up at their home venue with a full team only to find they couldnt play due to outsiders invading their pub after a funeral. Just because some certain people VOLUNTEER to be part of the committee it doesnt mean they are right or carry out correct decisions all the time. Very poor judgement from the committee here (and you know who you are). Be realistic and get this game played at the earliest convenience of BOTH teams.

looking at the east fife mail, it has the second division blazers and central on 29 points
with central a game in hand , central beat auld hoose in their game in hand but would mean they have 30 points the same as blazers

it was pointed out that sunbeam and den a had the wrong amount of points at the last meeting this seems to be corrected

I was under the impression both Central & Blazers were level before last Thursday's results where we beat Auld Hoose Buck, not sure about your result?

although not 100% sure

To be honest there seems to have been a bit of confusion over the totals both teams have had for a few weeks now

the only way to sort this out is if you boys check your results and add up your score

i think you boys and den 'B had 14 points each from the league till christmas, we had 11 points from the first league with all the teams in it then the split after christmas.

second half blazers have 9 wins 1 draw and a defeat, points 19
total 30
this total is a point more than the one in the mail

second half central 7 wins 2 draws and 2 defeats, points 16
total 30

why is this issue gettin raised now?the points seemd to be fine before u guys never turnd up to ure game last week.either way the cetral is 2 points in front of the blazers

dinni panic as i pointed out the points were wrong the last time they were printed in the mail and seem to be wrong still
all i want to do is have you boys check your scores and see how many points you have for the season, so the web site can be changed if needed

you said the committee will not have made a mistake with the points but these boys do make mistakes

i have used all the scores that the league use so i cant see how there is a difference

are you mad, the points are from the scores used by the committee , we have 32 points are you sure you boys have that amount

its all gonna come down to the last game of the season, and you boys arni gonna claim the game cos the tables no leavel like you did before

if you had told me the game Blazers v central was changed to a central win after a protest i would not have had the league table wrong, thanks for your help

didni really matter did it the central came n were sent hame wi there cues between there legs. once again the mightiful blazers ran out stoopendful winners. .

aye u boys did ok,wouldnt say mighty tho lol only venue ave been to that nothing got served up at half time,which is a really poor show

central turn up just in time for the match at blazers

blazers lead 2-0 and then 3-1
central revival with 3 of their own to take the lead , at this point there was a lot of "come on" calls from the away players , centrals new player was no match was the legend that is peem , blazers hit back with the first half equaliser 4-4
I was playing my game when the fire alarm went of, that tells you how the pye's were doing

to be fair their was nothing for the wemyss boys to shout about in the second half as the blazers took control of the game, all the centrals huff and puff soon ran out as blazers won the next 5 frames to win the match, central conceded the last 3 games to make it 12-4
jimmi lothian did have a brilliant clearance in the 12th match versus the centrals captain , that sent him home kicking stins

looking at the league table from the first half of the season central had a 5 point lead going into the second division
blazers missed the math v den 'B as the singles was meant to be played , we blame the committee for this cockup
in the end a little help from railway as they drew at central the week before, cutting the lead to 1 point to central
making a show down at blazers for the title, winner taking the title, central only needed a draw but managed only half the amount needed for the draw

i'm a little disapointed central never protested about something , what about the pyes that must have been a health and safty issue

better luck next year, you boys have got the points down from last seasons total (to one point, you boys are coming on)

wot alot of URINE iv also found out that the so called winners of div 2 get a shield seriously u must be having a laugh a trophy for finishing 9th but then this is the Levenmouth and district pool league am sure its supposed 2 say social in there 2 you couldn't make this up its hilarious
