i think when it comes to the final the winner will either be king baba again or maybe simon johnstone from the windsor will fill his boots as he is a brilliant player that sometimes lacks belief in himself to take out the finish and ends up playing too negative at times.

simon won the kirkcaldy summer league singles before as well (beating me in the final)

I think Ian Murray will have a wee say at the A.H.B. venue while the dark horse could be G. Anderson from the Douglas. Rab Frape should do well at A.H.W. venue alongside Craig Sanders or Simon Johnston. Deek Allan from Argyle venue and Alan Mcwilliams - if they avoid each other and R. Warrender from Blazers with possibly S. Wedderburn (Brig) or dark horse S. Given (A.H.B.)

yeah i flipped a coin on my choice between rab frape and whoever else i chose, last time i seen rab play he wasnt at his best but ive seen him a few times this year and he looks like he's on form and could maybe win it

there'a a couple of other players i would say have a chance like hammy & bundy at the argyle .
swain,mints,cheeny at in my opinion looks the hardest venue ahb.
